"Jingle Bells" on the Accoustic Guitar?
I'm trying to find this website where you can find sheet music for the Christmas song, "Jingle Bells", plus other Christmas songs, and other songs period. I want to be able to play on my GUITAR, with the sheet music on my computer, with all of it being free and NO TABS. I've looked everywhere I can think of, but can't find anything, anywhere. Remember, sheet music, guitar, NO TABS, and FREE. Please, and thanks :)How long before I can play metal like disturbed on my electric guitar?
I had my guitar for about a year, but about 3 maybe 4 weeks ago I started playing it. I practice from this dvd I practice just about every day from 1-2 hours a day. So far I can play little things like Jingle Bells, When the saints go marching in, um Amazing Grace, stuff like that. Everyday I try to learn another new tune. So how long do any of you think it will be before I can play actually metal? I really want to be able to play Down With The Sickness. Like it's driving me crazy everytime I hear that song and I can't play it yet. Also, I'm learning how to read music notes from the dvd, too. If that' makes a differnce.I want to get better at music, what should I do?
I want to learn a lot, composition, all that there is to music, forms, technique, esthetique .etc etc.. I love classical music and any kind of music there is but i always feel like i'm behind everyone else when it comes to music knowledge. I play guitar but I often don't know what the hell i'm playing. I can't read sheet music. I dont know anything. What should I do, can I learn these things by myself by reading books? what are good books for this? (please don't ask me to get a teacher) would learning a new instrument like piano help me? thanks. I just want I just want to become really good at music. I'm not really the best performer and am not interested in it.
